We are one of the earliest paper product manufacturer and printers in Malaysia to adopts FSC certified material. Since 2020, we are officially a FSC Chain of Custody (CoC) Certificate holder that are authorised to provide printing services on FSC certified material with on-product label. Throughout the years, we have worked with our partners on multiple projects to get their marketing material & packaging printed on FSC certified paper.

The FSC ‘check-tree’ logo is probably one of the most recognized logo in the world as it provides customers with assurance that the wood and paper products come from responsible sources. There are 3 types of product label which represent different meaning, each provides information about the nature and origin of the materials used to make the finished and labelled product:
Do note that only FSC certified companies like Banway are authorized to place FSC labels onto products. We are certified to print 2 types of product label which is FSC Recycled & FSC Mix on various paper products including paper bags, packaging box, notebooks & diaries, memo pads and marketing material (leaflet, brochures, catalogue & poster).
Do not worry about the ordering process for ‘FSC certified printing’, it is almost identical with normal ordering process for your side. We will take care for all the hard and miscellaneous work during the process including material sourcing, applying artwork approval from Certificate Body, QC inspection & related documents handling. Certificate holder is businesses like us; Certificates Bodies refer to those independent third party to issue certificate to business on behalf of FSC. CB is also responsible to conduct annual audit for their certificate holder.
Chain of Custody (CoC) is the process that verifies that FSC-certified material has been identified and separated from non-certified and non-controlled material as it makes its way along the supply chain, from the forest to the market.

Yes, any printer can print on paper that is FSC certified. However, only certified printers that are subject to annual audits and strict procedures may put the FSC logo on printed pieces.
